At NT Productions, we aim to provide reliable, high-quality audio-visual services that meet or exceed your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds, cancellations, and service guarantees, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a service:

Is not delivered with due care and skill;

Is unfit for the intended purpose; or

Does not match what was agreed upon or advertised.
These rights apply regardless of any NT Productions refund terms listed below and cannot be excluded by law.
2. Refund Eligibility
As our services are customised and event-specific, full refunds are not automatically granted for change-of-mind cancellations. However, we may offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits under the following conditions:
Eligible Refund Situations:

A critical fault or failure in service delivery caused by NT Productions

Non-performance of the service due to our error or negligence

Event cancellation caused by NT Productions (e.g. technical failure, staff no-show)
Ineligible Refund Situations:

Change of mind after booking confirmation

Venue-related issues outside our control (e.g. power loss, access restrictions)

Delays or disruptions caused by third-party vendors or venue operators

Force Majeure events (e.g. fire, flood, natural disasters, pandemic-related shutdowns)
3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be eligible for a refund minus any non-recoverable costs.

Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the event may receive a partial refund at NT Productions' discretion.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless covered under clause 2 (Eligible Refund Situations).

Any deposits paid are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Booking Amendments
We understand plans can change. If you need to reschedule your event, we’ll do our best to accommodate based on availability. Additional charges may apply if the new date involves additional services, travel, or staffing requirements.
