  • A deposit (typically 20–50%) may be required to secure a booking. The balance is payable prior to or on the day of the event.

  • Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and other methods agreed in writing.

  • Late cancellations (within 7 days of the event) may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit the deposit, depending on the scope of preparation completed.
     

4. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any service or offering at any time without prior notice.

  • Substitute equipment or staff with equivalent alternatives if necessary.

  • Refuse service if safety, legal compliance, or professional conduct is compromised.
     

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

  • The venue is accessible and safe for AV setup and operation.

  • Any required venue permissions or permits are secured in advance.

  • Adequate power supply is available unless agreed otherwise.

  • All instructions provided by NT Productions regarding equipment use and safety are followed.
     

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including logos, designs, photos, videos, audio samples, and text – remains the property of NT Productions unless otherwise credited. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse content without express written permission.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, NT Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or our services. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service rendered.
